Customer Thank You Letters
     Because the Calendar System revolves around “CUSTOMER APPRECIATION”, a letter specifically designed by your dealership
is placed in each calendar. The letter can be a simple “Thank You” or a brief questionnaire to address your CSI concerns. The letter is also merged with your customer’s name, vehicle type and sales consultant. The letter can also be updated at anytime.
Most importantly, it gives you the opportunity to say “Thank you, we appreciate your business” right after delivery.
Note: If the letter has a response from the customer , a pre-stamped, self addressed return envelope is included. This allows
